HOLIDAYSSSS 15 March 2014


USS with Cindi on Monday! Making use of our seasonal/annual pass. Now they sell Despicable Me merchandise! So many minion plush, shirts, etc. Super cute. 

Cindi sat next to a guy in the Mummy ride and his expression was super funny when they took the photo. HAHAHAH. Even after the ride he was still in shock? Definitely his first time on the Mummy ride. 

Another lady behind us on the Transformers ride kept screaming when the seats move. Even when it wasn't scary. I found that super hilarious thus I end up laughing through out the ride. HAHAHAHA.

Started work on Wednesday and it was so boring 'cause of the amount of people, its too little! 

Celebrated Chai's birthday by tricking her and I felt a little bad that she was really really upset while tricking her and we left her alone @ Town. But at the end she teared with joy when we surprised her @ SP. :'")  






Reached home around midnight and woke up around 10 that morning. I would have slept even longer if they hadn't done any drilling. Luckily I took off from work. Met the family @ CBD area for lunch and settle some stuff. REALLY HOT, HUMID AND HAZY. Totally insane weather. 

Headed to Department of Caffeine (D.O.C) for some dessert. Tried their Valrhona Chocolate Waffles, Carrot Cake, Elderflower Lemonade and Ginger, Mint leaves Lemonade. 

Carrot Cake was average, I had better ones. The lemonade drinks are refreshing and tastes unique.


Valrhona Chocolate Waffles with honey and butterscotch ice cream, raspberry sauce, maple syrup and fresh strawberries. The chocolate waffle tastes bitter and unsatisfactory. Probably a little burnt? It wasn't that good.




Went to Bukit Merah to buy the Handmade Ang Ku Kueh, Poh Cheu. It tastes so good, especially their peanut flavoured one. YUMMM. There was a really long queue when we reached there around 4. Sadly the Yam one was gone by the time it was our turn to order. 




Currently my area is having block painting thus there would be a lot of painters around. Nowadays whenever  I walk by them, I tend to smile at them. A way to thank them for the hard work so far, I guess... Even when I get on the bus, I will smile to the bus driver and some of them even smile back!
